We are a Leadership & Entrepreneurship Training Center for an International company based in Subang Jaya.
We currently have immediate positions to fill in for vacancies as below:
1. In-House Training Consultant
- Design, develop and deliver training courses for field and in-house sales staff on company products and selling skills
- Partner with the marketing organization for new hire training, on-going re-enforcement, and product launches.
- Conduct on-going and new hire sales training including product, reagent and instrument demonstration.
- Develop workbooks, handouts, multi-media, power-points and other training aids using PC.
- To canvass new leads and follow ups with parents, teachers, students, networkers through telemarketing activities
2. Marketing & Sales Executive
- liaising and networking with customers
- communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the internet
- managing the distributin of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVDs
- arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- maintaining and updating customer databases
- organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- sourcing for new markets and customer database
- conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
- contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies
- supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
